For the App:
To reset your password, open the app and go to the hamburger menu located on the bottom right of the nav bar.
Reminder: Passwords are case-sensitive!
"cow" and "CoW" are not the same!
From there follow these steps:
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Change Password
- Enter your old password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Tap Change at the bottom of the screen.
That’s all there is to it!
On the browser:
- From resonancehq.io/creative-network click "Explore Opportunities" to access the hub.
- From the hub you will see a login area in the top right corner.
- You can simply tap "Forgot password" and follow the prompts.
- Don't forget! If you set up an account on the app you will need to re-register on the website. They are currently two different logins.
